ENROLMENT CONDITIONS

APPLICATIONS
- Applications must be sent by post, fax or e-mail.
- All applications must be accompanied by a deposit of 250(Euros) by using one
of the payment methods stated above.
- Full payment of the course must be made two weeks before the course starts.
- If you make a bank transfer, a copy of proof of payment must be sent with the
application form (Please state your name on the copy of proof of payment)
- The course and accommodation will be reserved upon receipt of your
application form and deposit payment. You will be sent the confirmation
and invoice regarding your reservation.

ACCOMMODATIONS
- All accommodation is arranged from the Sunday evening before the course
starts until the Saturday morning after the course ends. The prices quoted
are for the same period. If it is impossible to arrange the trip in these days,
then, extra nights can normally be arranged on payment of a supplement.
- Students who choose to stay in a private apartment are requested to pay
2 months deposit on arrival. Any loss or damage that is attributed to the
student will be deducted from the deposit before the balance is returned.

CANCELLATIONS
- Notification of cancellation must be sent in writing to International House
Madrid / Spanish Department.
- If cancellation is received 15 or more days before the course start date, all
payments minus 50% of the deposit will be refunded. The deposit will not
be refunded in the case of a cancellation received within less than 15 days
before the start date.
- IH Madrid does not refund payments of courses and/or accommodation
once the course starts.

VISA
- Students from Western Europe (EU) do not require a visa to enter Spain.
- Students from other countries must consult the relevant Spanish embassies
or consulates in their countries for visa requirements.

HEALTH INSURANCE
- Students from EU countries are advised to bring european health card
or Form E-111 which entitles free medical assisstance from the Spanish
public health system.
- Students from non-EU countries are required to obtain a private insurance
that will cover medical care during their stay.
